Suzanne Barton is one of South Florida's most sought after photographers. She possesses the innate ability to capture a moment that will be cherished for a lifetime. While frequently referred to as an emotionally intuitive photographer, she takes pride in projecting an unobtrusive persona

She turned a childhood passion into a profession, when, in 1985 she was hired by Resort Advisor Magazine. Suzanne has continued to hone her skills through continuing education and mentoring . Suzanne has been the recipient of numerous honors. One bestowed upon her by Canon and another by HP Books, the prestigious publishing house, known for it's "How To"photography books. Another of Suzanne's images is displayed in the Little League Museum in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, home to Little League International Headquarters.

Suzanne has shared her talents with many charities over the years. The fight against cancer, along with children, animal and family charities are near and dear to Suzanne's heart . She was invited in 2005 to go to Honduras by the AJC Children's Foundation. Her moving, photojournalistic images of the conditions in the orphanage and surrounding village have raised awareness of the plight of these children. She has since become a member of the AJC Board of Directors and travels to the orphanage yearly .Suzanne's images may be seen in the Heart Gallery of America, a traveling photographic exhibit created to find forever families for children in foster care. Suzanne is a national photographer for Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep organization, whose mission statement is: "To introduce remembrance photography to parents suffering the loss of a baby with the free gift of professional portraiture". These images serve as an important step in the family's healing process by honoring their child's legacy. (www.nilmdts.org) .

Suzanne's award winning portraits of pets and creative ingenuity raised over $25,000 for The Broward County Humane Society in 2011. Her unique Pin-Up Portraits raised over $13,000 for Glam-A-Thon aiding those in the community affected by breast cancer. Suzanne worked on the "HeARTful Campaign"(raising donations for those in the community affected by cancer) with her inspired "Poster Art" in partnership with the "Venetian Arts Society" to "nourish the Body and Soul of South Florida"(May 2015). . As a Photographer for "Flashes of Hope," Suzanne shares her time and talents to "brighten the lives of children with cancer".

Suzanne has embraced digital photography and has found new expression, creating a type of Photographic Art. Through this artistic medium, Suzanne can offer her client's unique photographic results by combining photography, color, design and imagination along with special treatments to the finished product.

Suzanne was commissioned by Toro Run Winery in upstate New York and designed the wine labels for their wine varietals.

Her newest endeavor is Underwater Fine Art. She was commissioned by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines to produce two pieces of Underwater Fine Art, for their newest Oasis Class ship, Harmony of the Seas, which made it's maiden voyage from Europe in May 2016. Her stunning pieces are a part of the permanent, onboard, international art collection, seen in over 250 "ports of call" worldwide.

Her piece "Water Wings" was on exhibit at the Von Leibig Art Museum in Naples., Florida, from June 20th - August5, 2016.

Suzanne's work is represented by Gardner Colby Art Galley in Naples, Florida and Mary Martin Art Gallery in Charleston, South Carolina.

Suzanne's Underwater Art Series was on exhibition at the International SuperYacht Society Gala at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on November 2, 2016.

Her piece "Nautilus" was on exhibit at the "Endangered Species Exhibition" during Art Basel , in Miami December 1-4, 2016.

Suzanne's images have been featured in Riverwalk Magazine, Ft. Lauderdale and Gulf Shore Life, Naples FL.

Suzanne resides with her husband and two sons in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl
